UK Delivery

How will my order be delivered?

All orders are delivered to the UK are via Royal Mail Special Delivery.

What if I there is no one to accept delivery?

All delivered orders will require a signature. If there is no one available to accept delivery then a note will be left with insturctions on how to collect your package. If the parcel is returned to us due to a unsuccessful delivery then it will be the customer responsibility to arrange and pay for delivery.

How long will my order take?

All orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days.  There will be no deliveries on Bank Holidays, orders placed on Bank Holidays will not be dispatched till the next available working day. In cases of severe weather conditions or strikes, packages may be delayed. If you do require the order urgently then please email us at info@mali-lacia.com, and we will do our utmost to meet your request.

Can I track my order?

Yes, we will issue you with a tracking ID as soon as your order is dispatched.

My order has not arrived?

Any deliveries not recieved must be claimed for within 10 days from dispatch, we will then follow it up with Royal Mail.

My item has arrived damaged?

All damaged items must be claimed within 48hours of delivery. Please refer to our returns section.

International Delivery

We currently deliver to the following countries:

How will my item be delivered?

All items are delivered via Royal Mail AirSure where available, in the event Airsure is not available in your country we would use International Signed For. Royal Mail Airsure offers full parcel tracking.

How long will my order take?

We aim to ship within 1-2 working days, Royal Mail aim to deliver within 5-7 working days.

My item has not arrived?
